For decades, I built a career in marketing, communications, and speaking — working with clients like Google along the way. I wrote a book on networking. I ran teams. I gave talks.
And the whole time, I had no idea why some days everything clicked, and other days I couldn't get out of my own way.
Getting diagnosed changed that. Not because ADHD is an excuse, but because understanding how my brain works lets me stop working against it. I built frameworks that work for me. And it turns out, they work for a lot of other people too.
